Was very pleased, stay here for a week with my family. We stayed in suite. They clean the rooms very well. The restaurant is a little expensive compre to other restaurants near by. Margaritas needed way more alcohol :)
Perfect location, rooms, service, restaurant and bar with our favorite Cantinera, Fernanda. It's our 3rd year in a row and we've already reserved a room for next year.
Hands downbest value for money hotel stay we had in our four weeks in Mexico. The rooms are very spacious and clean but we had no window, was ok though. Shower is a bit aged but still super ok. It is well located just next to the city's center and there are several shops and lots of restaurants and food stands in walking distance. Pretty much everything worth visiting in the city including the amazing national park of Uruapan in 15 minute walking distance. The service is good, although the women at the reception gave us wrong direction instructions, but that's about it, staff is generally very friendly and helping. There is a restaurant in the Hotel which serves very good food - only the coffee is bad. Thank you guys, we had a great stay! 10/10 would stay again.

In September 2020 my family and I stayed for a week. The hotel was clean, no bugs, no foul smells, and appeared warm and cozy. The staff was polite out going and very helpful. My only complaint was the wifi would go out at night. But to be fair it was raining with thunder storms. The staff was so helpful with trying to problem solve they went as far as letting my daughter sign on to the staff wifi so she could do her school work. Due to the pandemic the kitchen and dining area was closed. But the location was right in downtown and close by everything including food stands. For what was available at the time I give it 5 stars.
